Training

I'm a bit of a natural coach and trainer (I love the limelight). But, not content to be able to speak in public without nerves, I undertook training to ensure that I would be able to speak, teach and coach really well. So, I've

  • gained my Toastmasters Competency qualification,
  • completed the Mountain Club of SA mountain leadership training,
  • become a Master Practitioner of NLP,
  • completed training as a Nipper Lifesaving coach and coached for several years,
  • been trained as a linux trainer by Simone Dembley (founder of SmartSource)
  • attended and delivered linux training through the Shuttleworth Foundation's Tuxlabs project, and
  • undergone coaches training at the Andersen Consulting (now accenture) school in Chicago, and coached several technical courses there.

So, what makes one of my courses different? My certificate is not 'officially' recognized - but once you have earned it you can be sure that you know how the theory works and you will be able to solve practical real-world problems.
